1. All designs are original and copyright of Black Daisy
2. The prices quoted for our Stationery items include printed inserts and envelopes. For Order of Service this includes a maximum of 4 sides of A5. Any additional pages will incur additional charges.
3. A non-returnable deposit of 50% of your total order is required at the time of ordering. The balance will be due once your Stationery is completed, but before despatch.
4. As your Wedding Stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.
5. Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered. These must be signed and returned to us prior to the commencement of your order.
6. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will incur a charge of £10 per delivery. Alternatively goods can be collected from Black Daisy in Edinburgh.
7. Black Daisy Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur . This is a feature of handmade products.
8. Black Daisy will do our utmost to ensure that your stationery order arrives to you in perfect condition. Any damages during the postal process must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
9. Black Daisy will not be held responsible for damages which occur during the subsequent individual posting of items. (eg. when you post your invitations to your guests)
10. 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, with the remainder payable prior to delivery/dispatch of goods (approx 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date). All deposits are non-refundable. However, please note that if goods are ordered at extremely short notice, then full payment will be required at time of ordering. Currently we only accept payment by cheque made payable to "Black Daisy" or by bank transfer. Payment by paypal will be available shortly.
